Salon Policies To ensure a seamless, respectful experience for all clients, the following policies are strictly enforced. Please review carefully before booking. Guest Policy For the comfort, safety, and focus of the salon environment, no children or additional guests are permitted unless they are also being serviced. Failure to comply will result in an additional fee. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows A 45% cancellation fee will be charged for: • No-show appointments • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment This fee will be charged to the card on file and does not include your security deposit. ⸻ After Hours After hours appointments are available on Fridays and appointments scheduled for after 5pm for an additional $40 _____ Late Policy I understand that life happens, and for that reason no late fees are charged. Clients arriving within 20 minutes of their scheduled appointment may still be serviced based on remaining availability and service feasibility. However, after a 20-minute grace period, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show, and the no-show fee will apply. ⸻ Artist Cancellations In the rare event that I need to reschedule your appointment, a discount will be applied to your next service as a courtesy. ⸻ Custom Extension Orders All custom human hair loc extension orders are equal to deposit amount and are non-refundable(NRF). Once hair has been ordered and prepared, the service cannot be canceled or refunded. ⸻ Rebooking After a No-Show Clients who miss an appointment without proper notice must settle the no-show fee in full before being eligible to rebook. Once the fee is paid, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure any future appointment and will be applied toward the service total. Failure to complete these steps will result in booking privileges being temporarily suspended. ⸻ By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all salon policies.
